Terms of Service
The rules and rights that govern your use of the ASoc platform.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using ASoc, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Permitted Use
ASoc is provided for lawful business and personal finance management. You may not use the platform for illegal activity, fraud, or in any way that violates applicable financial regulations in your jurisdiction.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@asoc.finance if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance. We are not liable for losses arising from unavailability outside of our SLA commitments.
5. Intellectual Property
All platform content, branding, and code are owned by ASoc or its licensors. You retain ownership of the data you upload; by uploading it you grant us a limited licence to process it in order to provide the service.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms with at least 14 days’ notice via email or in-app banner. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
